Read and clear notifications
- Click the bell (Notifications). Unread and All switch the list, and Filter by type narrows it to Mentions, Tasks, Comments, Events or Projects.
- Click a notification to go to it. Hover it to Mark as read or Remove notification.
- More options → Mark all as read clears the lot.
- In the browser, Workel asks once whether to show notifications outside the tab: click Turn on and allow it when the browser asks, or Later.
Mute for a while
In the notifications panel, click Mute notifications and pick 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, Until tomorrow at 9 AM or For a week. The bell shows that you're muted. In Settings → Notifications, Unmute now turns them back on.
Set quiet hours
- 1Open Settings (the gear at the bottom of the bar on the right) → Notifications.
- 2Under Do not disturb, turn on Schedule enabled.
- 3Pick a preset such as 10pm → 7am, or set Custom start and Custom end.
- 4Choose the days it applies to, and check the time zone.
- Quiet hours are kept by Workel's servers, so they apply on every device, even when the app is closed.
- No Do not disturb section? It's being turned on workspace by workspace; until then, use Mute notifications.
Choose what reaches each device
