Yes. Changes show up for everyone as they're typed, and the faces of who's in the doc sit at the top. Members can edit the docs they wrote; owners and admins can edit any doc in a project.
You choose for each doc: everyone in its project, or only you. Owners and admins can read every project doc, but not one you've kept to yourself. A doc outside any project can be shared with the whole workspace.
Not with a link yet. You can download any doc as a Word file or a PDF, or print it, and send that.
Not yet. Workel's importer brings in projects and tasks, Notion databases included, but not pages of writing. For now, copy and paste your text in.
