Yes: up to 100 MB a file, on every plan. Files sent in chat can be up to 25 MB.
1 GB on Free, 20 GB on Pro and Lifetime, 50 GB on Max and 100 GB on Team, shared by your whole workspace. Files in the trash don't count. If you run out, new uploads stop until you clear space or upgrade, and nothing already stored is touched. Extra storage is set up through support. Pictures, PDFs, videos, audio, and text, code, CSV and Markdown files open right in Workel.
Not with a link yet. Files are shared with your team: anyone in a project can open its files, and anyone in the workspace can open the workspace's own files. To send one outside, download it first.
It goes to the Trash, where you can restore it. Nothing is cleared out on a timer: it stays there until someone deletes it for good.
Not yet. Uploading a file again adds a new copy next to the old one rather than replacing it.
