Templates For teams

Weekly team plan template.

A first board for a team that doesn't have one yet. Everyone adds what they're working on this week, moves it along as it happens, and flags anything stuck. A 15-minute check-in once a week keeps it honest, and the check-in task comes back every week on its own. The example cards show the idea: replace them with your own.

Free on Workel's free plan. For small teams who want one shared board for the week, without a heavy process.

The board. 4 columns, 8 tasks to start with.

Due dates count from the day you add the template, so the first week's work is already on your calendar.

Weekly check-in notes

How the check-in runs

Fifteen minutes, once a week, with the board open. Monday morning works for most teams: move the check-in task to your day once and it keeps that day every week.

  • Done: say what got finished last week
  • Blocked: for each card, agree who unblocks it and by when
  • This week: everyone adds or moves in what they'll work on
  • Anything that needs more than a quick answer gets its own time afterwards

This week

Fill this in during the check-in, starting with the date. Next week, add a new table above it, so the newest week is always on top.
