    During your career working in the online space, you’ll experience clients who speak to you in ways that should not be used in the workspace. Here is a perfect example of how you can reply if you are in a situation like this…

    I want to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that this occurred in the spur of the moment. If there is an issue you would like to discuss with me then we will do so like professionals. Or not at all.

    Would you like to continue this collaboration or would I fare better investing my time in other clients who value professional conduct as much as I do?
